On-Line Program Questions
Q: Am I able to enroll at any time?
Our On-Line program enrollment is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q: Is there an instructor available to assist when necessary?
Yes. You will be given an instructor's name along with their contact information upon enrollment. Our instructors will respond to your questions via email or phone within 24 hours of your request.
Q: What are the requirements for course completion?
Our students are given 180 days/6 months to complete the course with a score of 75% or higher in each of the 3 components. Extensions are available by request. Once the course is completed, our students receive a certificate and may begin their search for positions in the Travel Industry.
Q: Will I need any special computer equipment?
Some of the presentations throughout the course will require the latest version of the Flash player installed on your computer. When you log into the class for the first time, you will be directed to click on the link to detect the version your system is running. If you need to update your Flash player, you will be directed to a free download.
Q: Are textbooks, workbooks, etc. purchased separately?
No, all textbooks and workbooks needed are included in the course package and sent to your home upon registration. There are no additional expenses involved in purchasing or receiving these manuals.
